So this is my new neighbour, who bought mainland as not many estates ( is there any?) want script spammers and I read horses are just not accepted, not to say kicked out. Lindens still allow it, as you see the sim performance when I took the picture is not that bad, but 40+ horses with all those scripts caused me a lo tof difficulties in moving and editing, same for the people coming to my store at certain times. The store is downstairs, for obvious reasons. Yes, I tried to talk to the neighbour, I tried to talk to LL in chat ( one came and crashed.. then he had to see evidence it was laggy..
At this point i would say "no comment"
